Senate Confirms Tanya Phillips as WCJ

The New Jersey Senate confirmed the appointment of Tanya L. Phillips to serve as a workers’ compensation judge. The Senate confirmed the appointment Thursday, one week after the chamber’s Judiciary Committee approved Phillips. Phillips is a partner at Szaferman Lakind and has been representing injured workers and practicing Social Security disability law for 19 years.
