Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton has appointed six at-large members to the Commission on Judicial Selection, which recruits and reviews judicial candidates for judgeship vacancies that occur within district courts and for openings that take place on the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals.Appointed were: -- Jerry Blackwell, Saint Paul, founder and chairman of Blackwell Burke, P.A.
