Howlin, Huth Promoted at Rising MS

Two members of Rising Medical Solutions’ executive team have been promoted. David Huth, who was vice president of product design and development, has been named chief operating officer and senior vice president of sales and marketing. Timothy Howlin has been promoted to chief sales officer, a newly created position. Huth joined Rising about three months ago to work on product innovation.
