Bill Would Adopt ABC Test for Work Comp

Legislation introduced in Rhode Island would require using what’s commonly referred to as the “ABC test” to determine whether someone is an employee and eligible for workers’ compensation benefits, among other things. Senate Bill 2236, by Sen.
