Pilot Project Limits Chiropractic Care to First Visit Unless Preauthorized

Starting July 1, a pilot project in North Dakota will limit chiropractic treatment for injured workers to initial office visits unless chiropractors obtain prior authorization. North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance says the pilot program discontinues the previously allowed window of 12 visits or 90 days for chiropractic treatment.
