The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, or WILG, is hosting a “Constitutional Challenge Summit” on April 18 in Washington, D.C.
The daylong event will include a panel discussion of constitutional vulnerabilities in workers’ comp. Another session will focus on the specific topics of attorney fees; equal protection and due process; and unconstitutional delegation of authority.
