The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced that the owner of a roofing company was ordered to pay $24,200 following his conviction for falsifying his application for coverage.
The bureau said it opened an investigation into Construction Tech Renovations based on a tip that owner Dilmar Cesar Roblero Gomez had employees he failed to report.
