States have made limited progress in their efforts to control the cost of air ambulance service, but a group of lawmakers has decided to take a fresh look at the issue.
The lawmakers have begun probing how much it actually costs to provide air ambulance service. They’re also looking into how the air ambulance providers are dispatched in emergency situations.
