A San Marcos landscaping products manufacturer received $66,000 in OSHA fines after complaints of unsafe conditions and unreported injuries led to an investigation that revealed serious safety hazards, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration announced this week. L&M Supply Co. Inc. did not guard machinery at its San Marcos facility, which led to the hospitalization of one employee whose arm became caught in a machine.
