Former Head of Comp Commission Joins Insurance Department as General Counsel

Kim Bailey, the former executive director of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission, was named general counsel for the Oklahoma Insurance Department. Bailey, who currently serves as general counsel and Chief Operating Officer at the Oklahoma State Department of Health, will begin her new role Jan. 19.
