The Kentucky Labor Cabinet on Friday said employers that have not submitted Form 300A data for calendar year 2020 should do so as soon as possible to avoid possible penalties for noncompliance.
The state’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health will start inspecting employers that failed to submit the data to the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration by the March 2 deadline. The inspections could result in citations and fines, the cabinet said.
