Tower MSA Partners Appoints Information Technology Director

Tower MSA Partners announced Wednesday the appointment of Jesse Shade as director of information technology.

Shade will oversee all aspects of Tower’s technology, including data security, systems architecture, disaster recovery and business continuity, as well as the management, maintenance and upgrades of its proprietary software, the company said in a press release.

Tower said Shade has more than 35 years of experience in the design and development of technology solutions for various industries, including insurance, health care, hospitality, banking and government.

Most recently, he was the director of information technology for Solstice Benefits. Before then, he was a senior developer for US Gas and Electric and a solutions architect for Fidelity National Information Services.

Tower, based in Delray Beach, Florida, provides Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance services.
