Kamin, ReporterCarriers and attorneys weighed in with drastically different reactions to a proposed rule that would lift a $150 cap on the maximum hourly attorney fee rate, with some attorneys arguing for inflation-based increases of 83% and carriers contending that the fee should stay right where it is.The Division of Workers' Compensation announced an informal rule proposal to change the state's attorney fee caps for the first time in 20 years.
