The National Council on Compensation Insurance on Friday reported that data on claims filed between 2019 and 2022 shows remote-friendly jobs are associated with lower claim frequency.
NCCI said its analysis focused on positions in the combined office sector as well as workers whose payroll is classified in a standard exception code, which NCCI calls special classes. Almost all remote workers fall into one or both of these categories, according to NCCI.
