Acting Commissioner Replaced After a Few Months on Job

Former state Rep. Mike Nemes has been named acting commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims. He replaces Acting Commissioner William Emrick, who was removed without explanation by the agency after only a few months on the job.
