The California Applicants’ Attorneys Association on Friday added a streaming option that will allow people to attend its Sept. 11 seminar on medical-legal processes virtually or in person.
The program will address issues that arise before selecting a panel qualified medical evaluator, striking doctors and writing advocacy letters. Other topics of discussion will include prepping a client for the exam, cross-examining doctors, rebuttal reports from the treating physician and preparing for cross-examination.
