ICA Warns of Fraudulent Fee Notices

The Arizona Industrial Commission warned consumers about phony notices being sent through the mail informing the recipient that they owe the state’s “Labor Standards Compliance Office” a fee of $295.The letter is formatted to appear as an official state document, but the address for the labor office is on East Thistle Drive, according to the Industrial Commission.
