PIANJ Names President, Directors

The Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey on Wednesday announced Steven C. Radespiel was elected president during the association’s annual meeting.

Radespiel is a director for the American Property Insurance Co. and served as
vice president of PIANJ from 2017-2020. He is vice president of the Legislative/Regulatory Committee and serves on PIANJ’s Executive/Budget & Finance and Nominations committees.

At the same time, PIANJ elected five agents to serve three-year terms on its board of directors.

Three directors were re-elected, including Michael Beckerman, president of Beckerman & Co. and Acrisure; Maria Escalona, an underwriter for Jimcor Agencies; and Constance Mahoney, agency manager for Mark Anthony Associates.

Two newly elected directors include Christopher Powell, a partner in Hardenbergh Insurance Group, and Yossi Bolanos, president of Yossi United Insurance Agency.
