Investigators for the FBI and New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman searched the Binghamton, New York, home of State Workers' Compensation Board Vice Chairman Frances Libous last week and seized papers, a laptop and a cell phone, according to a news report and a source familiar with the investigation.
