Court Clarifies Notice Requirements for Employers Terminating Compensation

In a case of first impression, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that an employer that filed a notice of temporary compensation payable was not required to file a notice termination or of denial when it sought to stop paying indemnity benefits.
