A Dover, Ohio letter carrier who was videotaped coaching has been sentenced to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay $37,335.27 to the United States Postal Service for mail and workers’ compensation fraud, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio announced.U.S. Attorney Gregory White reported that Richard K.
