Industrial Commission Posts Updated Fee Schedule

The Industrial Commission of Arizona posted a link to the Physician’s Fee Schedule it updated in August for services provided between Oct. 1, 2013, and Sept. 30, 2014.The updated fee schedule will increase fees for evaluation and management codes by 22% and physical therapy codes by 15%.
