The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld an award of temporary total disability benefits to a worker for a shoulder injury from grabbing at a falling test tube. Case: Kiswire Pine Bluff Inc. v. Segars, No. CV-17-1025, 05/09/2018, published. Facts: Marion Segars worked for Kiswire Pine Bluff for 25 years. While he was at work in November 2015, Segars lost his grip on a test tube.
