Neither Subcontractor nor Property Owners Get Summary Judgment in Labor Law Action

A New York appellate court ruled that a subcontractor on a residential construction project was not entitled to summary judgment dismissing the claims against it arising from a worker’s fall, and that the owners of the property also were not entitled to summary judgment.
