Rafael Gonzalez Back at Optum as President of Settlement Solutions

Rafael Gonzalez has returned to Optum’s workers’ compensation division as president of settlement solutions. Gonzalez was president of Flagship Service Group for two years before rejoining Optum’s workers’ comp division, where he was previously vice president of strategic solutions. Before that, Gonzalez was vice president of Medicare and Medicaid compliance at Gould & Lamb.
