Judge Temporarily Halts Commission's COVID-19 Presumption Rule

A circuit court judge has issued a temporary restraining order, halting the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission's coronavirus emergency presumption rule, a rule that some had considered to be the most sweeping in the nation.
