Keith Higdon Named President of Chubb's Esis Division

Chubb has named Keith Higdon division president of Esis Inc., the company's risk management services division. Higdon will be based in Chicago and will report to Matthew Merna, division president for Chubb North America major accounts. He succeeds Joe Vasquez, who is moving into the role of senior vice president of global accident and health for Chubb Group.
