An Oklahoma construction contractor entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and will pay $370,680 in criminal and civil penalties to avoid federal charges for ignoring safety requirements that resulted in a worker’s death in 2019, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced.
