A man who cashed in on skyrocketing rates to sell discounted alternative workers' compensation coverage in California and then pocketed millions of dollars from the program faces up to 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to two counts of mail fraud, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced. Gregory Chmielewski, 46, entered his guilty plea on Jan. 15.
