Employers Must Apply for BWC Refunds under $420 Million Settlement by Sept. 22

Employers seeking a refund in a recent $420 million settlement of a class-action case involving state Bureau of Workers’ Compensation-approved overcharges must apply by Sept. 22, the Columbus law firm Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease reported in a recent note to clients.
