Proposed Fee Schedule Revision Would Increase Some Fees by 1.5%

The South Dakota Division of Labor and Management has scheduled a public hearing on May 10 to hear comments on a proposed revision of the workers' compensation fee schedule. The division is proposing increases in maximum reimbursement of approximately 1.5% for procedure codes 10000 through 99071 by increasing the multipliers that are used in combination with base unit values. The multiplier would increase to $99.71 from $98.24 for procedure codes 10000 through 69999; $18.88 from $18.60 for codes 70000 through 79999; $15.12 from $14.90 for codes 80000 through 89999; and to $6.50 ...
