Enstar Completes Acquisition of WC Carrier Companion

Enstar Group has completed its acquisition of Companion Property and Casualty Insurance Co. Enstar plans to fold most of Companion into its property and casualty legacy business and put the rest of the new business into its subsidiary Torus National Insurance Co., according to a Tuesday press release. Companion writes workers' compensation, specialty and other property and casualty lines of coverage.
