Judge Postpones Hearing in Lien-Activation Fee Dispute

The federal trial judge presiding over a constitutional challenge to the lien-activation fee imposed by Senate Bill 863 has postponed a hearing that was scheduled to take place today.A hearing on three pending motions in Angelotti Chiropractic v. Baker, No. 8:13-cv-01139-GW-JEM, is now set for Nov. 4, before Judge George H.
