The New York Liquidation Bureau has filed a petition in New York Supreme Court seeking to be appointed ancillary receiver of Ullico Casualty Co.A hearing on the matter is scheduled July 3 at 9:30 a.m.As part of the petition, Superintendent of Financial Services Benjamin Lawsky is seeking an order permanently enjoining and restraining all persons from prosecuting any actions or lawsuits against Ullico in New York.
