DOL Providing Outreach to Oak Ridge Nuclear Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor is hosting an information session April 13 in Tennessee to inform current and former nuclear weapons workers about benefits available under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. The meetings will be held in Oak Ridge, a city that houses 10 facilities operated by the U.S. Department of Energy and Manufacturing Sciences Corp.   The department said representatives will be available to answer questions, discuss claims status and assist in filing.
