Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe has announced he has picked Ancil Lea of Conway as the new Coordinator for the Arkansas Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT).The office leads the state's effort to improve the development and use of electronic health records.Ray Scott, the current OHIT coordinator, has informed Beebe of his intention to retire at the end of this year.
