Gov. Larry Hogan has appointed a former claims adjuster, now an insurance attorney, to the Workers' Compensation Commission.
Morrisann Martin spent 10 years as an adjuster, claims supervisor and home office examiner before going to law school at the University of Baltimore, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission said in a bulletin.
