W.R. Berkley Corp. has named Philip Welt as executive vice president and general counsel, while Joseph Sullivan and Michael Maloney have been appointed as executive vice presidents to oversee certain operating units.
The appointments are effective immediately.
Welt joined W.R. Berkley Corp. in 2004 as vice president and senior counsel. He was named executive vice president with oversight for certain operating units in 2011.
