A Texas appellate court upheld a take-nothing judgment for a municipal worker who was ejected from a street sweeper when it was rear-ended by a truck. Case: Villalobos v. Tvrs, No. 05-23-00245-CV, 12/30/2024, published. Facts: Robert Tvrs worked for Texas Star Commercial Maintenance Inc. He was driving a pickup for work in March 2018 when he rear-ended a street sweeper. Esteban Villalobos was driving the street sweeper, and he was ejected from the vehicle when Tvrs collided with it.
