WCD Proposes Changes to Coverage Responsibility Rules

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division proposed changes to its employer and insurer coverage responsibility rules. The division said the revisions are needed to ensure its ability to timely revoke certification of a self-insured employer that failed to replace an expired security deposit and to implement legislation exempting school districts from posting a security deposit.
