An Oklahoma employer will not be challenging a unanimous Workers’ Compensation Commission decision from last month that held the employer liable for the payment of permanent total disability compensation to an injured worker.
After the commission handed down its decision in Gillispie v. Estes Express Lines on Jan. 26, the employer had 20 business days in which to seek further review. The deadline passed on Thursday.
