WCA Reviewing Fee Schedule Changes

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration announced that it is considering changes to the 2023 Health Care Provider Fee Schedule. The WCA director’s Medical Advisory Committee will discuss potential revisions during a virtual public hearing Tuesday. After the meeting, the WCA plans to post the proposed revisions and updated billing instructions for next year to its website and open a public comment period.
