Zurich, Origin Partner on Hospitality Coverage

Zurich North America announced that one of its subsidiaries is partnering with Origin Specialty Underwriters to offer work comp coverage for small- to middle-market hotels and restaurants. The agreement calls for Zurich Programs to designate underwriting authority to Origin, which will offer coverage through its distribution channels. According to its website, Origin offers work comp coverage to restaurants, including food trucks and quick service facilities, and to hotels, but not to nightclubs or establishments with more than 50% alcohol sales.
