Bill Filed to Prevent Retroactive Application of Concurrent Wage Ruling

A Republican lawmaker and 26 co-sponsors have introduced a bill that would limit the impact of a Supreme Court decision last year that holds employers liable for disability benefits based on all of the part-time jobs an injured worker held at the time of the injury.
