Classification Relativities Reduced by 15% on Average

Texas Insurance Commissioner Kent Sullivan has issued on order adopting revised Texas workers' compensation classification relativities. The order, dated March 13, decreases classification relativities by an average of 15% compared to levels on July 1, 2017. The change for any given classification is between a 36.3% decrease and a 6.3% increase.
