High Court Issues Substitute Ruling on SIF Dividend Case

The Idaho Supreme Court last week issued a substitute decision replacing its ruling earlier this year that a law allowing the Idaho State Insurance Fund to retroactively exclude small policyholders from dividend payments violated the contract clause of the U.S. Constitution.The case was CDA Dairy Queen v.
