After two years of negotiations and revisions, a bill that would revamp much of Oklahoma's troubled workers' compensation law is on its way to the House floor.
The House Judiciary Committee last week voted 16-0 to pass House Bill 2367, pushing the reform measure one step closer to becoming law. It would correct dozens of issues with the sweeping 2013 reform law that courts have held to be unconstitutional.
