The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 11 citations to a propane company in Fort Worth, Texas, after receiving a complaint prompting an investigation, according to an OSHA release.
OSHA investigated Suburban Propane Partners last November and issued the company one willful and 10 serious safety violations with proposed penalties of $114,000.
Violations included using temporary electrical cords instead of permanent wiring, failing to mark exits and having rodents in the workplace.
