Court Revives Railway Worker's FELA Claim for Hearing Loss

The Alabama Court of Civil Appeals revived a railway worker's hearing loss claim under the Federal Employer's Liability Act, finding there were triable issues as to whether the railway had breached a duty of care owed to the worker.
