A Schenectady drywall subcontractor has been charged with failing to obtain workers' compensation insurance.
Dennis Hammonds, 40, owner of Hammonds Drywall, allegedly did not purchase the insurance for his crew while working as a subcontractor between in 2017 and 2018, the New York State Inspector General's office said. One of the projects included a mall in Rotterdam, according to a local news report.
